Shane Tilston, Producer
After receiving his Masters in Theater, Dramatic Writing and Directing from Sarah Lawrence College, Shane Tilston spent two years as Development and Production Consultant at Red Jacket Productions where he produced A PERFECT MATCH (Ohio Independent Film Festival 2005, Dam Short Film Festival 2006) and A TALE OF TWO CORNERS (Gotham City Short Film Festival 2005). In 2005, Shane directed KUWAIT (Connecticut Film Festival 2006, New Hampshire Film Expo 2006, Idaho Panhandle International Film Festival 2006) for Thursday Films and Hush/Roar Productions. He was also a member of QuickFlicks NY, a filmmaking group for which he produced eight short films in six months.
In May 2006, Shane co-produced and directed FUN AND GAMES, which was awarded Best Short Film at the New York Midnight Madness Film Festival, where Shane was also awarded Best Director. Shane was assistant to producer Liz Manne on the HBO Films production of A DOG YEAR, and is now producing videos for mobile devices for iThentic. He is currently producing WAKE for Pier's End Productions, and THE HENLEY ROAD MOTEL, and is post-production on THE LAKE EFFECT, which he produced and directed for CharlieCat Productions. |
